Megan Decker

Manager of Advocacy


Megan's role is to educate Iowa Soybean farmers and elevate their role in shaping policy that impacts their ability to be productive, profitable and sustainable producers. She is responsible for advocate membership and leading the development of farmer-facing communications on timely matters of state and federal policy. She works with policymakers, their staff, and other interested stakeholders at the state and federal level.

A Calhoun County, Iowa native, Megan grew up on a farm raising corn, soybeans and popcorn. She graduated in December 2023 from Iowa State University with degrees in Agricultural and Rural Policy and International Agriculture.
