Joe manages the Farm to River Partnership project in west central Iowa. Joe leads watershed project implementation, water sampling, supports farmers engaging in state and federal cost-share programs, and provides general agronomy and conservation expertise. He also works closely with several ag retailers and county NRCS staff in west central Iowa promoting Cover Crops, Nutrient Management, Edge of Field Practices, and other conservation focused practices.
