With extensive experience in administrative support, project coordination, event management, and outreach, Leigh plays a pivotal role in managing schedules, organizing meetings and events, processing communications, and supporting RCFI’s outreach and engagement efforts. She is dedicated to improving operations, enhancing engagement, and advancing the mission of ISA Research and Conservation through efficient, collaborative support.

Outside of work, Leigh serves as financial secretary and newsletter editor for the Iowa Chapter of Blue Star Mothers of America. She is deeply committed to supporting U.S. active-duty service members and veterans through BSM-Iowa’s community service and outreach initiatives.
