Mike serves as the Conservation Agronomy Lead at the Iowa Soybean Association Research Center for Farming Innovation. He collaborates closely with a team of Conservation Agronomists throughout Iowa. Together, they focus on advancing conservation practices on local farms through research, technical education, and outreach efforts. Their goal is to improve farm productivity, profitability, and sustainability, while fostering the widespread adoption of conservation practices.

Mike brings over 25 years of experience in agriculture, agronomy, sales, and management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business, with a minor in Finance, from Iowa State University.
