As a conservation agronomist, Rosie works in partnership with Cooperative Farmers Elevator, an ag retailer covering far northwest Iowa. She connects farmers to financial cost share for conservation practices, provides technical assistance to producers, and serves as in-house conservation expertise to the partnering ag cooperative. Rosie works with multiple partnering organizations to drive successful conservation adoption, both in the field and along the edge of the field.

Rosie joined ISA after achieving a bachelor’s degree dual majoring in Agronomy and Agricultural Communications from Iowa State University.
