Todd is the Conservation Program Lead for the Iowa Soybean Association. In this role he provides leadership, strategic development, and program guidance for the Research Center for Farming Innovation (RCFI) conservation programs and projects, leading conservation program implementation and execution. Program areas include watershed planning, water monitoring, edge-of-field practices, and habitat and pollinator implementation.

An Iowa native, Todd earned a B.G.S degree in Environmental Science from the University of Kansas, and an M.S. degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
