Details
Soy Squad is a unique opportunity for collegiate students looking to gain insight into associations, specifically the Iowa Soybean Association (ISA).
During the final Soy Squad session, students will gain an understanding of how ISA drives soybean demand by hearing from members of our Demand Team and from the Soy Transportation Coalition. Participants will also develop professional skills that they can take with them to help further their education and their future agriculture-related career. The program will conclude with a team building exercise that also tests their overall knowledge of ISA and how Iowa’s soybean farmers are benefitting from the soybean checkoff. Students will leave with more opportunities to interact with ISA in the future. Participants will walk away better equipped advocates for Iowa soybean farmers and better equipped for a future career in agriculture.

The Soy Squad will plan to meet on the following dates:
