Farm Progress After-Show Farmer Meet-up

Join the Iowa Soybean Association opening day of the Farm Progress Show, Tuesday, August 27 at 4:30 p.m. for networking and fellowship in support of the Iowa soybean industry. You’ll have the opportunity to connect and share experiences with fellow soybean farmer leaders and industry colleagues and learn about timely programs and services offered by ISA. 

The informative and participatory event will include:

  • Assorted appetizers and refreshments
  • Entertainment by country music band and biodiesel advocate Big Time Grain Co.
  • Packaging of soy-based meals in partnership with Meals from the Heartland
Agenda

4:30 p.m. - Doors Open 

4:30 p.m. - Meals from the Heartland Meal Packaging

Team up with fellow farmers to package soy-based meals for those in need. Meal packaging occurs in two one-hour shifts - 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. and 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

5:00 p.m. - Networking and Appetizers

Enjoy live music from Big Time Grain Co. while networking with fellow farmers and Iowa Soybean Association staff about topics that are important to you and your farm. Appetizers and live music will be available throughout the entirety of the event. 

7:00 p.m. - Wrap up
