Want additional insights to better navigate the current volatility impacting soybean prices? Join your fellow farmers who are tuning in Mondays to view Soy Market Watch.

Produced by the Iowa Soybean Association (ISA) and powered by the soybean checkoff, Soy Market Watch was launched April 14 and features commentary from Al Kluis. A commodity advisor and broker since 1976, Kluis is president and managing director of Kluis Commodity Advisors.

Recorded and airing each Monday through June 9, Soy Market Watch offers a 10-15-minute update on the financial and commodity markets.

Joined by colleague and commodities broker Bob Linneman, Kluis summarizes issues impacting the markets from the previous week (including the weekend) and what reports and announcements might impact commodity prices as a new week begins. They also share charts and perspectives that offer farmers unique information to navigate the current tariff-induced volatility.

“Making sense of the financial and commodities markets is never easy, but the challenge is especially acute this spring, adding to pressured margins and uncertainty,” says Aaron Putze, ISA’s chief officer of brand management and engagement. “This content offering is one more example of ISA’s commitment to providing helpful and timely information to the benefit of soybean farmers.”
