Young farmer gets started in Iowa

Young farmers often face numerous challenges as they work to get their farming operation off the ground.

As Cole Olson considered a career in agriculture, he saw these challenges and decided to partner with Roger Van Ersvelde. Roger is entering his 54th crop year and has a wealth of knowledge that he uses to teach with.

Together, they build and learn from each other while Cole gets a foothold in the ag industry.
