As part of the Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute, Lead DSM brought community leaders to Lee Tesdell's farm to learn more about conservation and water quality.

Equipping these individuals with hands-on experience in the field will help them make decisions that will positively impact both urban and rural communities throughout Iowa.
